Vantrue - N5S 4-Channel Dash Cam

Not sure what your budget is, but if you go with a multi-channel dashcam, it can record all around your car. Been using a Vantrue N5S for a while now, its 4-channel setup covers pretty much every angle, both inside and outside the car

I recently got the Vantrue N5S. I had the older model on my trade in and worked like a charm. A bit pricey but the quality and the adhesive power on the windscreen survived blazing hot days with no problems. Has a rear cam. Don’t forget to get the right SD card and cable adhesive clips.

Spend the $ and get a Vantrue. N2X is on sale on Amazon for $150. It records front and interior. Or splurge and get an N5S, also on sale on Amazon for $300, records front rear and interior from 2 angles. If not those then do some research and find one you like. Don’t get the cheap Chinese ones. Also, get a decent sized memory card for it.

Dashcams are definitely a solid gift, especially for someone with a new car. Cushions sound nice too, two hours each way is a long commute! I'm using a 4-channel vantrue n5s that records all around my car, feels great having that extra protection. I think your brother would really appreciate it.

I gotta vantrue N5S but...idk if i would recommend its really nice 4 Chanel but I get really disappointed with the parking mode

I’ve been using the vantrue n5s and honestly the interior cam turned out to be more useful than I expected. I can keep an eye on my kid in the back without having to turn around, which is super convenient.

Running an N5S right now. The cams are really clear, even at night, and the parking mode works well. For commuting it feels like solid peace of mind.

I used to run the A229 Pro and it worked pretty well, but it kept freezing during hot weather. Turned out the internal battery couldn’t handle the heat. Switched to a Vantrue with a super capacitor and it’s been rock solid since.

It’s the n5s, a 4-channel setup. The video quality’s great, even at night or on the highway. But honestly, I drive for Uber, so 4-channel might be a bit overkill for daily use.
