https://a.co/d/hpPP9WI I have the older version (2k) of this front dash cam and it’s worked great and was easy to install. The new 4k model is on sale for $160. 🤷🏽♂️
I tried all three and ended up keeping the A119M Pro. It had the best video quality and blended in better to the windshield, which makes it less distracting.
The A119 Mini 2 has the Starvis 2 sensor, but it's the 2K version (the same used in the A229's rear camera). The A119M Pro offers the 4K sensor. The A119 Mini Pro 2 is currently $192 AUD. For an additional $80 AUD you can get the A119M Pro, which upgrades to 4K video. For another $208 more than the A119M Pro, you can get the A229 Pro, which adds the additional 2K rear camera and a slightly larger built-in screen.

VIofo currently has the A119MiniPro that they just released. It's the small form factor, but 4K single cam only. Just introduced new firmware (but you have to manually install it , no OTA installs) that improves parking modes. Also, the A229 UItra was recently released. It has 3 cameras (front 4k, rear 4k, and internal 2k infrared wide angle). It has great specs (better than A329) except that it's usb 2.0 (slow transfer) and wifi 2.4/5 no Wifi6/USB3.0 No LTE or general connectivity except in the car. Great sales at Viofo
I've run the following dash cams over the years on my Miata and they've all had their Pros and Cons. 1. Garmin Mini 2 2. Garmin Tandem 3. Vantrue N2 Pro 4. Nextbase Piqo 2K 5. Garmin X110 6. Garmin Mini 3 On Miata's you won't need more than 2-channel setup, if even that. One of my favorite dash cams on that list is the "Garmin Tandem" with an interior facing camera, which on a car that small doubled as a rear camera. It was just too expensive at the time and the quality is poor by today's standards. Sadly I can't find anything with the same feature and compact footprint available today. To keep a clean looking interior, I'd recommend the Garmin Mini 3. It's got premium build quality, is compact, and fits the minimalist and quality interior of the NDs. However, if you want a good quality camera with a screen, then the Viofo A119M Pro (or A229) would be the way to go. Hope this helped! Oh...and if you're looking for an easy way to run a dash cam on your ND, check out our power adapters. You can find a compatible unit for yours using the "Finder Tool" : [https://dongar.tech/pages/finder](https://dongar.tech/pages/finder) Cheers!
I bought the Viofo A119M Pro. I'm quite happy with it.
