VIofo currently has the A119MiniPro that they just released. It's the small form factor, but 4K single cam only. Just introduced new firmware (but you have to manually install it , no OTA installs) that improves parking modes. Also, the A229 UItra was recently released. It has 3 cameras (front 4k, rear 4k, and internal 2k infrared wide angle). It has great specs (better than A329) except that it's usb 2.0 (slow transfer) and wifi 2.4/5 no Wifi6/USB3.0 No LTE or general connectivity except in the car. Great sales at Viofo

I have a VIOFO A229 Ultra, I’m having issue with it falling off since the 3M VHB sticker is a bit faded after a windshield change, so ordered a new GPS module, so hoping that helps it stay. It dos get overheated if you park in a hot spot, and the memory card constantly beeps until it’s cool, even with an Extreme SD card that should handle the heat. I got it hardwired at Best Buy for $99.99, I bought the dash cam separately and they installed it in like an hour.

I like my VIOFO A229 Ultra. It has an active view screen but it turns off which is what I prefer as I don’t want people to know I have it and I don’t want it to be distracting. It doesn’t send footage to your cell phone, it does have an SD card that can save footage and use the app to view the saves and the continuous recorded footage. Not wireless, but mine is hardwired into my fuse box to record 24/7, it’s $99.99 to install at Best Buy, took less than an hour. I would say to always hardwire as it’s the best way, and the hardwire kit has a protection feature so it doesn’t kill the battery. Also, I went with Ultra just so I could get the 4K rear camera.

Bought the Viofo A229 Ultra (4K front and rear) in November because it had good reviews, the quality is great, looking forward to seeing how it is in the summer. Paid $100 to get it installed at Best Buy, so if you don’t want wires everywhere, highly recommend that. I was out after an hour.

Viofo A229 ultra gives you front and rear 4k. I'm running the A129 pro duo which is 4k front and 1080p rear. It also has parking mode if you hardwire it so then it can record any incidents that might happen while your car is off (it will stop drawing power when your battery drops below a threshold as to not drain it)

https://youtu.be/uLjGazIxjEA?si=P7sXE79SCnT-mwsY I personally bought and installed the VIOFO A229 Ultra. Do not cheap out make sure the camera has STARVIS 2 I chose the A229 Ultra because both front and rear has starvis 2

Viofo A229 Ultra. 4k front and rear. If you want a 3 camera setup (interior or front telephoto) A329S or A329T are the best on the market. I have the A329s with the interior camera and couldn't be happier.
