I use a VIOFO A329S 4K 60FPS Dash Cam Front and Rear, 4K+2K in back.
I had a Viofo front dashcam on my 2023 SEL which I loved. Got a 2025 Limited, but there were no kit for installing a Viofo. Finally installed the FitcamX, which took about 10 minutes. It works surprisingly good, but there's not very much to the hardware. Would have rather spent a little more to get a Viofo, but having the FitcamX is better than having no camera.
2ch viofo a329s. I like that it's unobtrusive, was easy-ish to install (the frustration had to do with my car, not the cam), has good parking mode support, and takes great videos.
I agree here. I had a Garmin dashcam that I purchased with a standalone GPS unit. The dash dashcam was pretty bad. Overheating issues was the biggest thing. Which led to issues recording. I later went to a Viofo A119, later upgraded to the A229 Pro. And now I have the A329S. The clarity of the videos is amazing! I have a Wolfbox G900 also. Its pretty nice, but the Viofo still has it beat.
Viofo A229 or A329. I've used a couple of different dashcams, including a Garmin, Wolfbox G900, and the mentioned Viofo dashcams. imo, the Viofo has them beat. Video quality is amazing! Able to read license plates fairly easy, which is a big issue with many dashcams. Even nighttime use is great! Parking mode is excellent when you use the hardware kits. I'd be glad to answer any questions aboit any of these if you needed.
Afaik There is no right dash cam for a specific car. It’s all based on what you want to achieve; Personally I went with a VIOFO A329S for full footage coverage (Front, Back and Inside) and have it hooked up to a battery pack for parking mode.
Loving the VIOFO A329S but I have the channel which sacrifices the 60fps to 30fps. Still love the cam; it’s my introduction to VIOFO and it’s been great. Also, downloading clips via its built-in WiFi is insanely fast
If you're looking for a good dash cam, go with the Viofo brand. I have the A329S front & read dashcam with the HK6 wire kit and it works great with my 24 CRV hybrid sport.
Yeah A329S is expensive. Note that the telephoto cam is a second camera at 1440p, not 4k. So you will be recording two stream and reduce total recording time.
Viofo a139 pro was the best dashcam I had until it stopped working one day. Now i have a viofo a329s and a rove r2 -4k dual
VIOFO A329S. For sure.
