I’ve been using the Mr. Coffee-ish 4-cup maker that was in use by my mother and stepfather in their business while I was in college, decades ago. As it has only one moving part (the on/off switch), it will last forever.
I used to have this one. Replaced it with a 4 cup Mr coffee when it died. No problems in 10 years.
It's pretty easy to clean a 4-cup Mr. Coffee. You probably would need to replace it after 5 years but you'd be paying $4 per year.
Old school drip coffee makers are dead simple. I thrifted an old Mr. Coffee from the 80s, and it still works great.
I've used the same standard Mr coffee with a reusable filter for like 11 years. It does technically have a schedule function
I have a 5 cup Mr. Coffee and it makes coffee just fine! I wanted to spend the least and i don’t regret it!
