I have a Ninja Single-Serve machine that will do pods or grounds. So far I have only used it with grounds. Mine will do up to a 20oz cup. My mom has a larger version that will do a single cup with grounds or pods, but can also brew a whole pot with grounds. So far, I’m really liking mine, but I’ve only had it a few months, so I’m not sure on the longevity, though I’ve had good luck with other Ninja products in the past.
MM is a quality maker for sure, but if you don’t want to spend big bucks my suggestion would be an OXO grinder and a Ninja specialty coffee maker. The Ninja makes good coffee and you have several different batch sizes to choose from. That’s the setup I have and I’m very happy with the results I get and it comes in at less than $200. Not everyone can afford to pay $500+ for a grinder and coffee maker.
This is a good answer, but not sure it's better than a K-cup filler pod thing. I've had Ninja K-cup machines in the past and liked them, but not BIFL unfortunately. The Ninja K-cup machines I had brewed super quickly, faster than Keurig's do.
I like my Ninja coffee maker, they make a few different models but mine has a removable reservoir and lets me choose the drink size. I don't use it a ton, but if you're buying one anyway I'd also look at moccamaster. Not sure if they'll have what you want but it'd probably make better coffee.
Try the Ninja Coffeemaker, I love mine it's not huge and I've had it for 6 years with no issues. I clean it every other month and as I have hard well water. The only downside is if you have low cabinets over where you place the coffeemaker, the vented steam from the lid might cause issues. I just pull mine forward when brewing.
Idk I swear by my Ninja coffeemaker after Mr. Coffee and other name brands failed after a year or so of purchase. Going on 6 plus years now, with only one water leak that I was able to resolve by clearing out the water inlet, as long as I clean it regularly my coffee never tastes bad. Even using ground Aribica coffee from BJs club, it tastes good enough for me.
I've been a big fan of the Ninja coffeemaker we purchased a few years ago. What I really like about it is that almost all the parts can come out (the filter holder, the water reservoir) and can go right in the dishwasher for regular cleaning
