I swear by my zojirushi drip coffee maker. Thermal carafe that keeps coffee hot all day & can set a timer to start whenever you want. I prep everything the night before and have it start at 5am. https://shop.zojirushi.com/products/ecytc
r/BuyItForLife • What is the Best Coffee Makers on the Market? ->https://store.zojirushi.com/products/ecytc Been using this since pre-pandemic. The carafe keeps coffee hot for hours and hours. I wanted a thermal carafe because the last glass one i had shattered. Best drip coffee maker ive ever personally owned.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for a solid drip coffee maker. ->Zojirushi makes the best drip coffee & you can replace individual parts if needed. Have had mine since 2017 and its still going strong. Timer options so it brews automatically in the morning is also helpful so you can just get up and go without worrying about making it in the morning.
r/BuyItForLife • Best device to make a pot of coffee? ->Zojirushi EC-YTC100XB. The only units better are the Mochamasters.
r/JamesHoffmann • What’s the Best Drip Coffee Maker to Buy Right Now? ->We, too, were unimpressed with the Moccamaster, especially given its price. After trying it for a week after our old Zojirushi coffee maker died, we ended up going back to a Zojirushi and bought the EC-YTC100XB. It’s been running great for 7 years. Has an insulated vacuum carafe, water comes out of the head at a consistent 190 degrees, and has a timer. It’s less than $200. The drip coffee out of this tastes as good as a pour over.
r/BuyItForLife • [deleted by user] ->I recently had to replace my coffee maker. The selections I went through leave me convinced that you're not going to find anything worthwhile under $300. I'm talking the simplest of requirements like programmable and actually brews coffee at the programmed time. Doesn't overflow. Lets you use a paper filter. I don't need a "gold star standard" cup of coffee. Who are they to tell me what my coffee should taste like? I don't need a sensor to tell me my water level is correct or that my carafe is in the appropriate place, I have eyes. I ended up with a 10-cup Zojirushi with a stainless steel carafe that I got for under $300 during a sale on Amazon. It's not a 12-cup like I wanted. It doesn't like paper filters. It doesn't have a lit display and doesn't display the time when the timed brew is programmed. It does everything else well, and I'm tired of dealing with the poor selection out there. The only models that ticked all my boxes were $500, and there's no guarantee they're going to last long enough to justify the elevated cost.
r/Coffee • I’m done with Cuisinart ->Came here to suggest this exact Zojirushi! We’ve had ours for almost 9 years now and it’s still going strong. Love the auto brew setting, which we use every morning. Cannot recommend it enough.
r/BuyItForLife • [deleted by user] ->I like my Zojirushi. It’s got an insulated metal carafe that won’t break and keeps coffee hot all day, comes with a reusable basket for the grounds, and has a timer so I can have coffee first thing in the morning without having to make it first thing in the morning. https://store.zojirushi.com/products/ecytc
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for a coffee machine that lasts forever ->I have the 10-cup thermal carafe Zojirushi and its awesome. While not SCA certified, the coffee coming out of the shower head is in the correct temperature range, and it has a bloom phase. The thermal carafe is very well made. I bought it because I needed a 10-cup capacity brewer with a timer and thermal carafe / no hot plate.
r/JamesHoffmann • What would be the best drip coffee machine? ->Zojirushi 10 cup with a stainless steel thermos type carafe. Has a sturdy plastic removable water tank for easy cleaning and filling. Worth the $200.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for a coffee machine that lasts forever ->I love my Zojirushi with the thermal carafe.
r/BuyItForLife • Best programmable drip machine for weekday coffee? ->That’s the only reason we stopped using this exact item. It’s a tank and I loved the auto-start feature, but I just can’t do the plastic anymore 😭
r/BuyItForLife • Zojirushi Coffee Maker ->I have the exact same model, mine sprung a leak in the heating element after two years. I’m not impressed.
r/BuyItForLife • Zojirushi Coffee Maker ->My Zojirushi is a beast. Not one issue in 5 years of daily use.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for a solid drip coffee maker. ->Have the same one, can’t recommend it enough. Especially if you need your coffee to start before you wake up.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for a solid drip coffee maker. ->I have that exact machine. $25 is a steal- you did well, as I ❤️ my zojirushi!
r/BuyItForLife • Zojirushi Coffee Maker ->I second the Zojirushi, stays warm forever too
r/BuyItForLife • Cuisinart died looking for a BIFL coffee maker. Hoping for way longer than 3 years. ->I have a Zojirushi. Makes good coffee, brews into a thermos and stays hot all day.
r/BuyItForLife • What's the best no-frills coffee maker? ->Holy shit. I just bought one at full price after a painful research project. I fucking love it. I am jealous of your price.
r/BuyItForLife • Zojirushi Coffee Maker ->So far so good. I thought it was funny in their video they went on about how good the pour was from the carafe. Then I used it and was like damn that is a good pour. It makes good coffee. The removable water container is the best part.
r/BuyItForLife • Zojirushi Coffee Maker ->Check out the zojirushi one. It's got most of the same features for less money. The moccamaster one is better, but given you aren't using it all the time, I'd save the cash. Edit: they don't seem to sell the model I have anymore, the one that competes with the moccamaster is now $200.. I paid $100 for an older model that was the competitor at the time and it's been great.
r/BuyItForLife • Is a Moccamaster worth it if one isn't a huge detailed coffee person? ->I have a Zojirushi because that's what I could get in 2020 (that was a weird time) but I think if it died I'd be looking at a Moccamaster or a Behmor Brazen. To me a good thermal carafe is important as my usual use is I make a full pot on a weekend morning and drink it over several hours.
r/BuyItForLife • Cuisinart died looking for a BIFL coffee maker. Hoping for way longer than 3 years. ->I have had my zojirushi drip coffee machine for close to a decade. It's still going strong. Zero issues. But if I do need to replace a gasket or the carafe or really any part, they sell replacement parts for a reasonable price. Insulated carafe, no paper filters needed. Looks like something out of a 90s Tokyo kitchen though.
r/BuyItForLife • Coffee machine for life? (or at least a few years) ->They make a great product and it will last forever.
r/BuyItForLife • What is the Best Coffee Makers on the Market? ->I have a Zojirushi drip coffee maker that has been producing the best regular drip coffee ive ever had consistently for 10 years now
r/BuyItForLife • Best device to make a pot of coffee? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
