Autel Robotics - EVO II Pro RTK V3

Nightmare for me too with Autel. First time in my life I ever had to dispute a credit card purchase. The drone stopped recording photos regardless of how many times I reformatted the card (tried multiple different cards). Weeks of back and forth with “tech support” etc. I got a DJI M3E for a replacement and couldn’t be happier. With every penny for the ease and reliability. Don’t wait your money on Autel.

i paid 4800 usd through a survey equip dealer, gimbal had issues out of the box, dealer said "oh well", autel said $700 to fix it cause it had to be my fault (no kidding it was trash from the beginning) so i either forked it over or i basically had a paper weight. NEVER AGAIN...yeah the accuracy is lacking as well

iv owned and worked with the V1 and V2 from 2020 to 2024 and it is a super solid bird the customer service at Authel by far beats Dji i also own Dji for other drone-related operations in terms of scope of work and accuracy will be at the lower end of what an entry-level drone can do, if you have work lined up go for it, I would also recommend a look at your industry standards for the type of accuracy is aloud and could it be acceptable, I'm up in Canada and I had to send my Autel every 200 hrs for tune-up IMU and Check up Autel always sends back freebies and goodies if you purchased new from them?+ the V3 has a better Quality plastic in terms of weather and wear, iv owned many drones and due to this common problem the plastic outer shell will acquire tiny line fractures the plastic will crack from heat cold and vibration from the props always over correcting the aircraft at higher altitudes, you could order the outer shells and replace yourself it is a cheap fix. order lots of spare props don't buy the no-name brands. great drone for mapping in my opinion and if you get the 6k low light 1 inch sensor is out of its world as it was almost 5 years ago (before Dji) lol I currently fly the Dji Matric T30. iv never heard any horror stories about Autel (Dji is another story of very poor customer service) there are pros and cons to owning one or the other.
