TheRealMrTofu 1.0AvionRC Ikon 3 with O4 Pro is a very good quad that fits your criteria.
I have flown the Ikon 3, that’s why I can recommend it. I haven’t flown the Nexa 3.5 yet, but I would guess it’s a great quad as well. The 3” will be easier to keep below 250g though.
