You'll prefer fixed wing for larger areas. Larger areas also mean you may have visual line of sight and connection issues. The eBee does a skidded landing so you'll need to incorporate an adhic "runway" into your set up location. I do very large jobs with an M300 and P1. The biggest issues with large area mapping is getting in your ground control (yes you will need this).

Honestly, to the eyes of the public, the Mavic isn't much more impressive than the mini. If you want to look serious, you need an Inspire or an M300. But that's 500% overkill for OP's use cases.

I mostly fly the DJI M300, but every so often I have to take the P4RTK out, and it feels like taking the DeLorean to the stone age. The data is great, but the UI/UX is painful compared to newer stuff. I finally upgraded to the Matrice 4E, first flight layer today!

If most of your projects will be 300 acres or smaller, I would recommend a DJI M300 or DJI M350. If you're getting into 300+ acres, I'd look into Wingtra. Happy Flying.
