My recommendation would be a flywoo explorer 4inch with o3, paired if goggles 2 (or v2 if on a budget) and either a tango, pocket or boxer with an antenna mod (my remote of choice) With the flywoo 900mah lipos you can get around 8-9mins of flight time with a 6-7km roundtrip. 4 lipos, drone, goggles and remote is roughly 1kg so its perfect for hiking. My 7 inch with 4 lipos (without remote and goggles) is over 3.5kg, yeah range and performance is better but if you want to go light, go small. Here is a shot I took with the 4in setup https://youtu.be/JJr_CaHyhtY?si=7SC2GbZQF5JYKKeZ

Flywoo LR4 with walksnail. Don't waste your time trying to go smaller with that list of requirements. You'll get 20m + out of the lr4 with a li ion pack and capture good footage as it comes with the full size walksnail cam.

This is pretty much me but I want a $400 o4 pro and has to have gps. Nexa 3.5 evo is good but way out of buget. Flywhoo lr4 is great meets all I need but its for long range cinematic absolutely no freestyle

Then a 4" LR build (similar to the Flywoo Explorer 4 or GEPRC Tern LR40) would be a lot better - safer, and cheaper to decently spec out

I've got a 5" and am really considering down sizing due to the space required to fly it. I'm not sure if 3.5" will reduce that enough. I think the O4 pro is the way to go because it seemed to have better penetration results in the Bardwell initial tests. I fly in treed areas, so lite will be a nogo for me just for that reason. That said, I have a 5" that functions perfectly fine, so I kinda wonder if I'd notice enough difference with 3.5" to make the cost worth it.
