I have got few 65 tiny whoops: one is Mobula6, one Air65 and one self built with HDZero AIO

I think is the Mobula6 HdZero freestyle

I know that DJI NEO sucks as FPV drone but it will be sold in huge numbers and if at least half of people who owns it will try FPV on it should greatly increase FPV hobby. Of course, you have to buy FPV RC3 and Googles but people buying DJI stuff usually have good spending power... Most of them quit but some will want to do more and will buy other stuff. DJI NEO is much better, safer, cheaper intro to FPV than AVATA2(which I own too). I bought Radiomaster Boxer, HDZero Googles and Mobula 6 freestyle. So I am in both worlds now(DJI and FPV).

I do have lots of simulators. I already have Avata 2, Neo with FPV RC3 and Googles 3. I just bough HDZero Googles with Mobula 6 Freestyle for indoors.

ELRS is your control protocol, separate from the video transmission system. so your goggles and controller dont have to talk to each other, but they both have to talk to the drone. so u would want "analog + ELRS" or "hdzero + ELRS", etc. that being said, the mob6 HD models and mob8 HD wont work with the goggles u listed, they require hdzero goggles or in the case of mob8, i think there is also a walksnail version. this probably sounds rly confusing, so [check out this video](https://youtu.be/TMOeIQ4VRX4?si=RCDrVESSKS48V4um) for a good rundown of how the video systems work and the different options since it's a lot to type in a comment lol.

just get a mob6 and turn down prop power/adjust your rates. mob6 can take a beating. and u can throw a better frame on it.

Mobula6 will always be my answer. Great little drone, parts are plentiful.

It depends on the kind of drone he flew. Was it a camera drone, like a DJI? Or was it an FPV drone, with the goggles? They're two completely different experiences. If it was a DJI, they all basically function the same, but a mini4 is probably the best pick for most beginners. If it's FPV, a tiny whoop like a mobula6, meteor65, or a "ready to fly" (RTF) kit like the EMAX tinyhawk bundle. r/FPV r/tinywhoop r/dji

What do you mean taking videos and photos? FPV? Mobula6 or 7. Taking like good quality (1080p+) videos and photos? DJI anything. FPV drones are mostly for recreational flying, cruising, freestyle, racing. Stuff like that. Yeah you can make videos and stuff out of them sure, but the quality won't be there if that's what you're looking for. Cinematic drones, camera drones, or whatever you want to call them that DJI seems to focus on will take much better videos and pictures. TinyWhoops aren't really made for photography or videography though. If you do want something small, like someone else suggested, DJI Neo. DJI Avata 2 if you want to FPV and take decent video/pictures, but it's around 50% bigger.
