ELRS is your control protocol, separate from the video transmission system. so your goggles and controller dont have to talk to each other, but they both have to talk to the drone. so u would want "analog + ELRS" or "hdzero + ELRS", etc. that being said, the mob6 HD models and mob8 HD wont work with the goggles u listed, they require hdzero goggles or in the case of mob8, i think there is also a walksnail version. this probably sounds rly confusing, so [check out this video](https://youtu.be/TMOeIQ4VRX4?si=RCDrVESSKS48V4um) for a good rundown of how the video systems work and the different options since it's a lot to type in a comment lol.

No mob8 is fragile and why would a newbie start on 2s? Its a pita to charge when you can get a air75 and whoopstor and fly constantly. I have 2 mob8s too but not really good for beginners

Get a air65 first, then a mob8 or a babyape2 for the days there’s good weather, practice with the air65, then when you feel like you know you won’t crash, upgrade! Bam

Just to counterbalance as I see mostly DJI choices, for you to know you have FPV oriented drones as well (Mobula 8, Baby Ape, Nazgul, etc). They are harder to fly but allow you to do any kind of movements/tricks you want. Like that: https://youtu.be/is9uEJCqhVo?si=6P_e1mjZ7q6UOFFE. DJI is great if you want to make nice videos in an assisted way and dont want to spend time learning to fly. Both are good choices, it is personal.

Radiomaster, simulator, learn about charging lipo batteries, and then a tiny whoop plus a battery charger and batteries of course. Go for a 2S tiny whoop like a Mobula 8, do it now!

Mob 8 may work, I have a naked 03 on my mob 8 and it flies well inside. Props out of view with 20°+

I thought this, o4 better than naked GoPro? Current arsenal is a mobula8 and a Nazgûl (defo not suitable 😂)

I recently started flying, and Mobula 8 is more than enough for me to learn. It can go very fast, quite high and it's super agile. I wouldn't fly anything heavier and more powerful at the beginning for my own and others safety. Also analog is great choice at the beginning. I got walksnail hd mob8, and it flies great until you crash it and you need to get a vtx module that's same price as analog mob8.

You can fly a mobula 8 around people if you have good control of it. I don't think it's an issue to be honest.

If you actually are using video for legit footage reasons you can def use a mob 8 but just dial in your throttle midpoint and throttle expo (average throttle number you see watching a replay you set midpoint to that) then dial expo. I do that for all my working rigs

Still waiting for my O4 unit but I got today my 85mm Mobula8 and it is definitely fun making flips in the living room.

You are going to have trouble flying anything without protected props inside. Even a tiny air75 is a lot for inside without a lot of practice. I would build a nice 3inch for outside and get a tiny 66mm whoop for inside. Trust me, I csn fly knsude, flips, rolls racing etc. But just moving up to a 75mm will send me into the walls. A 75 or 85 mm would also work outside. 85mm like a mobula8 is 2inch protected props.

I've built a 2S 75mm o4 lite this weak... Would never do this again. It's too much weight concentrated. It flies like a potato with props. Or it falls like one i should better say Would't go digital smaller that 2". So better mob 8 than 7 But the Mobula 8 frame breaks easy. Hglrc Petrel85 is the same sturdy material as mobula 7

I have a mobula 8 and i love it. Its small, well priced and the batteries dont cost much. Its also great fun to fly. Its fast, maneuverable and has hella punch. Buy some extra frames for 3.5 euro though.
