Potensic Atom SE or LT are the best you're going to find for your budget. Camera is decent but not the best (though certainly better than the cameras in a phone), and you won't get a three axis gimbal so video may be a bit jerky, but these drones fly very well and are fun.
r/drones • Trying to find a drone model under $200 ->The Mini lines of drones are fine if you're looking more for film review (vs cinematic highlights). I used to have a $1k Autel Evo, it wrecked. Just bought a $400 Potemsic Atom. DJI is market leader, then a bunch of knockoffs that also work well enough.
