Great value for espresso, but clogs and poor for pour-over.

Running these analyses costs money. Buy through my links to help keep lights on! I may get a small commission.
I have the EC235BK and KRUPS GVX2 and bought a cheap bottomless portafilter and a bigger basket now I can have solid espresso without breaking the bank! Also please don’t buy this one it broke the second I plugged it in and required some hardware hacking to make it work But for a sub 300€ setup for everything involved it’s a great espresso.
Same. … we’re looking to step up a bit from our beginner level Krups GVX2 which did an adequate job for a couple years but was constantly troubled with the multitude of safety overrides preventing it from running ☹️ Suggestions? $ < 200 if possible Thx Steve
Krupps conical burr grinder is a work horse. ~R1500
I’ve had a Krupps GVX for about 14 years now and it still works perfectly. Fifty quid.
Krups burr grinder R1300 at Hirsch’s. 1-12cup volume and has 12 (or more) grind setting. Have mine for 5+ years now and no issues thus far.
Was using a KitchenAid flat blade grinder for a while, but on Prime Day they had the Krups burr grinder on sale for around $50, so I grabbed it! Way more consistent.
