emu737As for electric grinder, besides the Baratza Encore, you might also consider a [white DF54](https://miicoffee.shop/products/miicoffee-df54-single-dose-coffee-grinder?variant=49254366904615) , with flat burrs, but that sells at USD 229 (a bit outside of the stated budget, but so is the Baratza Encore :) . The DF54 is a very good value.
Grind_and_BrewThe Ditting steel burrs are the only flat burrs I've tried that provide enough clarity on filter while still producing enough fines to make reasonably traditional espresso.
