That is the right one. To expand on my last comment, both of those grinders you asked about would likely not grind fine enough for espresso, additionally the combination of workflow and grind quality would mean that you would be overall not particularly satisfied. If you really aren't able to purchase a higher quality grinder than that budget would allow (which is fair, no shame) I would recommend either sticking it out and waiting (easier said than done of course) OR unfortunately buying a hand grinder, I know you've said you're not interested in that but it really is the very cheapest way to get good coffee. Since I'm not super familiar with importing costs I'll give a short list of reasonably cheap grinders that would be satisfactory for quite some time, I'll also give there current price in USD on amazon (or their website), I know that's not extremely helpful but hopefully its something.
