Impossible_Cow_9178 1.0If you’re drinking dark roasts the grinder isn’t as critical (still important) but a Baratza Encore or for an upgrade over that a Moccamaster KM5 would be more than sufficient. If it were me, I’d go with the Moccamaster KM5 since it’s 30% off on Amazon right now, it has flat burrs vs conical (nor uniform and you’d notice a meaningful improvement if you start drinking medium roast) and it would match your Moccamaster
