Also ride the Niu kqi3 pro, but at around 7,000km, its battery degradation is making me use it less now. City pro’s 21700 cells seem pretty resilient to degradation. Also my Nami Klima Max (odo: 1000km) requires more maintenance than City Pro by quite a margin.

Genuinely was wondering where Apollo was on this. Granted, I don't think escooter Reddit has a fond opinion of your brand...Like I expected to see it getting trashed the most on the chart. lol Personally, I've been burned by NIU KQI3 Pro, and love my Apollo City 23.

I have the same question. I have an Apollo City 2024 and I love it. It’s my daily commute to work. It’s quick, safe, solid. Battery life is excellent. Been riding it since March and if I had to I’d buy the same thing again. The hate on here is so disconnected from my experience I sometimes wonder if it’s competitors trying to poison the water.

I own an Apollo City 2022 & Apollo Air 2022 The app was meh so we haven't used it since I bought them. The City 2022 has a bad right handle bar. The thread on the screw wore out and the handle. So even with a new screw there was a lot of wiggle. Had to reduce gap and secure handle with tape and loctite. The City 2022 kickstand plastic broke fairly fast. Taped it to fix it. But small pieces just keep cracking until it's just the metal rod. The City 2022 throttle sticks occasionally. The City 2022 was auto shutting off after going over a rough patch of road. Let it sit for a while and seemed to resolve itself. The City 2022 handlebar attachment point is starting to loosen. Doesn't seem to be the bolts. Seems to be like the handlebar situation. The metal is rubbing and wearing. Has a small wiggle in it currently. The City 2022 bell didn't work on arrival. The Air 2022 has a sticky throttle as well. The Air 2022 back tire is a pain to air up. The pump has trouble threading far enough to get a seal. Recently the Air 2022 got water damage on the display. And instead of being able to buy that part. Had to buy an entire handle bar kit. They're totally fine. We won't buy Apollo again. But that has more to do with so much competition in the market. We'd like to explore other options.
