Depends on what you're after honestly, but i've had a good experience with circooter. (Cruiser Pro in my case) It's quick, stable and hasn't given me issues so far.
Yea, hitting the 70km at 50+km/h under $2k is tough. A lot of the scooters in that range kina overpromise on range once you're riding faster. I’ve seen a few people (myself included actually) running the Circooter Cruiser Pro dual motors, does around 60km/h unlocked, decent hill climbing. The range isn’t quite 70km though, more like 50-55km depending how you ride, but it’s been super stable and solid overall. For around $1500 CAD-ish, it felt like a pretty good balance between power and price.
GT08 gets thrown around a lot, but yea, real-world range at speed is usually 25-30 miles top. Not bad, but not crazy long-distance either. If you’re still looking, maybe peek at the Circooter Cruiser Pro. It’s dual motor, hits around 60km/h if unlocked, and I’ve seen ~50km range if you're not going full throttle the whole time. Tbh your checklist is kinda brutal for the budget might be worth giving up a little on one spec to get something that won’t fall apart.
I just bought the cruiser pro and I'm waiting for it to be delivered , I paid via PayPal in case I have any issues with refunds I'll dispute it thru them or via my cc company.
Yeah it’s been good the scooter is powerful and I been going around my town on regular street but also did some off road since the wheels are good for that , I ended up getting another charger since with only one it was about 10hrs charging time and now it went to 5hrs
Yes, I don’t regret buying it. Definitely having one charger and waiting 10 hours. It’s long but the specifications they meet what I was expecting for. It’s super powerful. It’s fast only has a good suspension. I live in an apartment and it’s a bit heavy to bring it downstairs
I live in 🇨🇦 i paid $1399 before taxes since they had a promotion back in may
My order also include the coupon that they didn’t work after placing the order and I received the scooter. They manually adjusted the price they take forever to reply and also their answers are standard. Seems like AI.
Circooter Cruiser Pro dual motor offroad. Swap the knobbies for slicks and the finger lever for a thumb throttle and wear a helmet.
Circooter Cruiser Pro has been good for me. 35 in top gear. Hydraulic brakes have been a bit iffy with bleeding but generally happy.
I get what you mean, it really feels like every brand has some kind of trade-off. I was in the same boat a few months ago and tried a bunch of models, including Segway and NIU. Ended up testing a Circooter Cruiser Pro and honestly it surprised me. It feels more solid than the usual mid-range scooters, has real power for city rides, and doesn’t cost a fortune. Might be worth a look if you want something fun and reliable without spending Apollo-level money.
Yeah folding design definitely matters more than it seems, especially once you start carrying the scooter around or riding on rough streets. I went with the Circooter Cruiser Pro after seeing my neighbor ride one, kind of got me interested. The folding mechanism has been super solid so far. It uses a front latch plus a safety pin, nothing overly complex but it stays tight even after a few months of daily use. Some of the high-end setups like NAMI look nice, but I just wanted something simple that wouldn’t loosen up or creak over time. For my first scooter, stability and ease of use mattered more than fancy design.
Circooter Cruiser Pro, same dual 1200w motors
True, but for what i had before with circooter(2 Mate models, its a massive upgrade.
Also, the suspension is sooooo amazing. Cloud-like even.
