Gpionav 1.0I've had 5 from different brands. Hiboys are good, but some models are solid tires, and it's really bumpy and dangerous in the rain or snow. Gotrax models have air tires to my knowledge and top out at about 22mph, fold well and have good customer service. My current Fluid Mosquito, has solid tires, is lightweight, but fast, 3 braking systems and folds well, but pricey. My co-worker has the Fluid Horizon, and for the price and features, I'd go with that one IMO. It has a front air and rear solid tire. Battery life is sufficient for your travel needs. This is late night, off-the-top-of-my head info, whatever you decide, fact check my above info.
