GOTRAX - Eclipse Ultra

I just brought the the Gotrax elite Eclispe on Sunday. I love it but it's super heavy at 60 pounds. So I can't take it on the bus. I just brought XR Elite Max today. It weighs 30 pounds less and Im only using it to take it to work. It comes next week from Amazon. So far I love Gotrax. I have no problems with their scooters. I still love my Eclispe Ultra. It's just so heavy.

One of my scoots has that option, and it works great. I can walk it with one hand, since it propels itself. The brand is not very popular here, but I have about 2000 miles, weighs 37lbs, 500w, 36v, 15+ miles range front suspension, 18mph. Cost $699usd which is too much for what u get, I bought mine awhile back for much cheaper. It's a Gotrax Eclipse. Good luck.

I'm kinda with you OP, I started with a razor prime 3, a Turboant M10, and now a Gotrax Eclipse and they have all done me well. I gave away the first two still rideable. Proudly pushing my Gotrax now. "pun intended" Ride on

Honestly, a lightweight used regular old bike. Second would be a lighter e-scooter. I had a POS over priced go tracks that was way top heavy.. But it made it the mile to my bus more enjoyable. Bought it during covid, but even with the higher prices and less choices, I got 1,000 miles out of it. Had to carry to the second story for over a year..

Extremely cheap and "higher quality" do not got together here...but for 2.5 miles if you spend $500 you will be all set. Avoid the parts bin temu/amazon crap. It will not last. NIU or ninebot or navee. Either one will be fine for a rather short ride. My job is 6 miles away. At one point I had a go trax and I could get there in like 18 min....i do not recommend go trax though. You best bet is one the "N" brands.
