r/ElectricScootersCircooter's Landturbo Pro dropped — worth switching from 1000W?

I’m in a similar spot, a Gotrax GMAX Ultra (1000W peak) for about a year now, and I’ve been eyeing this new Landturbo Pro too. On paper, that 1250W peak motor + 32mph top speed looks like a nice jump. But what caught my eye more is the 48v 15.6Ah battery. That’s actually pretty solid for something under $800. Dual-arm suspension + IPX5 + aluminum frame? That’s pretty stacked for the price point. I probably won’t jump on it day one, but I’m definitely keeping an eye out once real user reviews or YouTube tests drop. If it holds up, I might finally retire the old Gotrax.

Thats pretty light - you can use just about anything with a 350W + motor Probably your best deals are segway F series or Gotrax G Series

r/ElectricScootersThinking About Upgrading to a Dual-Motor Electric Scooter…
3 months ago

I used to ride a GOTRAX commuter scooter every day, and the biggest problem was how fast everything started rattling and getting loose. The folding mechanism got wobbly pretty quick, and the ride just got rougher and rougher the more I used it. For like casual weekend rides it's totally fine, but for actually commuting on it daily? It didn't hold up nearly as well as I was hoping. The cheap price is why people go for them, but the tradeoff is you end up spending way more time fixing stuff than you really want to !!!

r/ElectricScootersE scooter for commuting?

Honestly, a lightweight used regular old bike. Second would be a lighter e-scooter. I had a POS over priced go tracks that was way top heavy.. But it made it the mile to my bus more enjoyable. Bought it during covid, but even with the higher prices and less choices, I got 1,000 miles out of it. Had to carry to the second story for over a year..

r/ElectricScootersE-bike or scooter? Scooter rec for low to no budget please

Extremely cheap and "higher quality" do not got together here...but for 2.5 miles if you spend $500 you will be all set. Avoid the parts bin temu/amazon crap. It will not last. NIU or ninebot or navee. Either one will be fine for a rather short ride. My job is 6 miles away. At one point I had a go trax and I could get there in like 18 min....i do not recommend go trax though. You best bet is one the "N" brands.
