Hiboy - Hiboy S2 Max

Hiboy Max Pro, Hiboy S2 Max, Gotrax Eclipse, Kukirin M4/M4 Pro. The Hiboy Max Pro is probably the best value. I have had mine since April and have put over 1000 miles on it already. Only had to replace the tires due to wear, but that's it. Runs great, has suspension, is built like a tank, reaches 22mph with a 500/650watt rear motor and cost like $650 on Amazon now.

I have better experience with Segway than HiBoy. Security features and comfort. I got a HiBoy s2 max and only used it for a month while going on the 3rd month with my Segway g2 max. Safe travels bud!

I agree only on the range. In every other field Segway prevails. But I did notice but s2 max hiboy could handle distances better than my g2 max Segway. But that’s the trade off for the added security, turning signals and dependable Bluetooth connection while the scooter is off as well.

Why? Cheap accessible scooter that many people bought? I’ve seen it recommended, and would recommend it as well.

I'm doubtful of the methodology correctly identifying mentions autonomously as positive to begin with, mainly because of the Hiboy S2 appearing in the results.

Neck tube fracture is why. Every time I see that like (Hiboy S2 - not S2 Max; just S2, their xiaomioid/M365 clone, in all its zillion variants) come up in discussion it is to DISrecommend it.

This is the correct answer. Build quality on hiboy and gotrax is not sufficient for a daily driver. You don't want to blow money? We'll this is a perfect opportunity to learn how expensive cheap can be. Warranty repair on scooters sucks. You'll at least be on the hook for shipping. Go check what it costs to ship a scooter. We'll wait. You'll be without your scooter for a minimum of 2 weeks but likely much longer. Segways aren't particularly cool looking, they're not particularly inexpensive and they are not particularly light. They're not particularly fast for compared to other scooters that are available for the same money. But they are solidly built scooters that will last if you just do the minimum amount of maintenance on them. Spend a little bit more, check your tire pressure regularly, do the basic maintenance, don't drain the battery all the way before charging and it will last you a long time. Don't ever pay list price for a Segway. If the model you want isn't on sale this week, it probably will be next week. You want reliability, not speed, not a colorful paint job, not a bunch of extra flashy lights. NIU is also a good choice. Hiboy and Gotrax make ok entry level scooters, but they are toys. They generally don't last. They're fine for light-duty recreational use. If this is something that's going to get used everyday rain or shine they're not a good choice.

Do not buy from Viberide. I am getting absolutely horrible customer service and the build quality is questionable at best. Find a company like Segway or HiBoy who will actually stand behind their products and provide support.
