Ok-Giraffe7825 1.0iENYRID: S1, M4 Pro S+. These are 2 models that I've tried. Solid powerful long range scooter, Highly recommend.
I do know many models that fit one or more of your requirements. But all of them, probably not. But here are 2 that may do: VIPCOO VS3, 30 mph√, weight√, Tubeless tires√. PS: The VS3 has amazing suspensions. Or iENYRID A1/M4 Pro S+. Both iENYRID models have foldable handlebars, no more than 55 lbs, and can reach the top speed around 30 mph. But not with tubeless tires.
Blackgoliath74 0.8I commute from NJ (home) to NY (work), and I’m on the big side of sizes, and I use two different scooters for my commute. I’ve used the Ienyrid M4 which is on the lighter side, it’s in your price range and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. It comes with a seat that I don’t use but it’s definitely helped me with the 20 minute walk from WTC to my job every day.
