I see the problems and suggest the solutions: The battery can get lose inside the footboard. \-> Solution: try to avoid bumpy roads, don't do too much offroad. And you'll be fine. If it happens anyway, you can fix it by open the footboard and fix the support or improve it. Range deminish. \-> Solution: hold the battery's level between 30% - 70% (or max. 20% - 80% if you need it). This will delay the aging of battery and let your scooter live longer. Insufficient spotlights. \-> Solution: Buy a bicycle light running on batteries. Doesn't cost much.

I’ve got an isinwheel s9MAX same scooter diff brand not had any problems with it and 21mph once unlocked, only fell off it twice :) the grips shocking on wet ground the suspension isn’t too bad, for something cheap and cheerful I’m happy with it, but I’m sure if you have the money there’s better out there

If you live somewhere with a lot of hills, don’t get it it sucks ass on upclimb

Exactly. I've owned and rode an isinwheel. Its not good. A kqui1 base model NIU or the base ninebot is the way to go.

Isinwheel makes decent cheap scooters- I have three but the welds gave way on one but they say they've fixed the problem

A better brand than this or Roinside, and better, solid specs, could be worth $400 without suspension, especially with air tires (tubeless or split rim, or even air front only since the back is more likely to have problems). If you can only spend $400, look at isinwheel or Freeboy, avoid iscooter lots of bad press. Or a less exciting Segway or Niu to play it safe. $250 yeah maybe Roinside.

This- I bought an Isinwheel direct from their website and it came broken. They wouldn’t help me. If I bought from Amazon it would have saved me $900.
