Long story short, get a Kaabo Wolf Warrior X+. Its the smaller Wolf Warrior series unit, being a bit heavier than a Kaabo Mantis but not as bulky at all as a Wolf 11/King GT/Nami burns etc. Checks all your needs, budget, offroad capabilities, power, range, reliability, lotta spare pieces availability... Out of the 3 options you mentioned just the Halo will fit you, Dualtron shocks are terrible so wont be enough on your countryside roads, Punk Rider/Rebel is more of a cosmopolitan competitor for Kaabo Mantis, Dualtron lighter models, Vsetts, etc. But ive read lotta complains in this sub, also the shocks are not the best so its a no no imo for countryside. Then Halo, its not a bad escooter per se but its not built in the best materials compard to Kaabo, Nami, Dualtron... Battery is 52v vs 60v for Kaabos/Namis etc. Maybe a Kaabo Mantis King GT or any other Mantis options depending on your final needs, also Nami Stellar/Superstellar or even a Nami Klima or Dualtron City. Btw do you already own a scooter? Which one?

May want the off road tires. I just got the plus and it feels really stable and simple w not too many adjustments. I think I’d rather have the thumb throttle. Ask kaabo to put whichever you deem fit. I’m 200lbs btw. The suspension is pretty stiff but I like it like that esp for what you got

Use code Thanks100 It’s on sale for 1499 which would be 1399 after the coupon. It’s a beast. I have one. https://preview.redd.it/hnw8o8bpzx3e1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f259387aef83d998eeefe2ad844884da8f374ec

Everything in the Wolf lineup from Kaabo supports 300+. And they're bigger, beefier scooters which may work better for larger riders.

Xiaomi and Kaabo should have been on the list. My bad. My Xiaomi is 5 years old and still going strong.

Funny that I have owned several kaabos in the past and I still forgot to put it on the list.

I’m pretty sure a good amount of people will say to put Apollo way lower, even with their newer models. Unagi is too high. I’m not even gonna lie, Unagi is just too high for my personal opinion. I have heard and seen nothing but sheer disappointment from Unagi. The only thing I like about them is that they do have some universal scooter info on their website and they allow people to test scooters first to see how they like them. Kaabo being in the same category as Varla and Gotrax surprises me… either my scooters and Gotrax scooters are better than I thought (I did put 2,045 miles on a Pegasus though, still no issues, 1,000 with V2 and still clear there), or Kaabo isn’t as great as I thought.

Apollo, Nami, and Kaabo have all addressed the stem issue. Segway seems to be the only one not willing to do anything about it.

But kukirin has had some quality control issues in past , it's a good option but if he wants something super well made and good that can definitely get up that , a kaabo, vsett , inokim, inmotion etc scooter is needed.

That's because kaabo isn't actually good and good scooters remind you of that
