I have the wolf warrior X and not being super hand I’ve had to take it to the shop to get fixed, which is 45 minutes away and they don’t replace it same day….
Kaabo mantis 10 v2 duo the Segway over rated plus for the price or even a mantis gt or you want a bit more aggressive power kaabo wolf x
Same thing happened to me I bought an entry level Segway now have a Kaabo wolf warrior x
Seqway zt3 are very ordinary it’s a heavy unit with a single 700w motor if might be fine for her communiting. I had a Seqway ninebot and ditched it for a Kaabo wolf warrior x.it has 3 speeds and you want need to take program the governors as it goes alright stock. You pay a little more for one of these but it has twin hydraulic brakes and stops in a dime the Seqway has cable breaks which are susceptible to constant stretching you will be playing with the barrel adjustment every week as she complains of more movement in the break lever.as scooter go harder than bikes the cables get a real work out With governors the Kaabo has many speed settings under power of 2 1100w motors each wheel and you can dumb it down to one motor or eco and still power up those tough hills the Kaabo is heavy nuts it’s all steel and feels unbelievable on any surface in Australia you can pay $2049.and have it at your door in 4/5 days. I say this too as I don’t know much about the other scooters you mentioned but I see brand new Seqway Zt3 up for sale all the time
My only gripe in comparison to others is it’s all plastic.i had an entry level seqway and upgraded it to a kaabo wolf warrior x.l looked at that one and the other model close to it and it was 1 700w motor.which to me works harder than 2 1100w motors only concideration its the kaabo is $400 dollars more but im Glad I got the kaabo it’s quick stable and plush to ride i did ride the Segway and didnt like the geometry of it for some reason although the kaabo along with the Seqway has a high front bar the kaabo feels better. The deck on the kabbo is metal dead flat and feels like a rock solid machine I note to at the front where all the wires go into the deck the kaabo is well Tucked under the front guard and when I rode in the wet last weekend all the wires and cables were still dry. Just my thoughts anyway
Seqway Allen key screws on the front work loose around and above the fold feature. When you were riding it you may have noticed the handle bar stem starts to move backwards and forwards when you brake. They don’t stay tight regardless because the whole scooter is to rigid look up kaabo and dragon scooters your going to have to pay more money unfortunately
only thing that’s an issue is security. no key. no fingerprint scanner. just power on and off. besides that. everything is better than expected. wolf warrior
You could buy 2 wolf warriors for this one and have a backup
Should i buy this scooter? It was recommended to me based on my reqs. I need something to go to work, its about 15km commute total. Roads are dogshit (potholes, a lot of cobblestone, uphill etc.) and i weigh 110kgs, i dont need it to go fast, i'm fine with cruising at 30km/h but ideally it would have at least some pull. Currently have the Mi essentials and everyone told me its a kid's scooter and i am way too big for it (kind of true, although i like its speed its fine would just like more torque... ) Another suggestion was rovoron r7 (iirc) Anyways thanks in advance for any info. I am a total beginner bt the way and the essentials was basically a gift (found it in my neighbours basement and they just gave it to me... ) now i realize i want to actually buy one hence the thread here
Oh i see! This aligns much better with my requirement... i tried wolf warrior and it was too jerky
It was really bad, i would never get used to it, from what i see victor also delivers power similarly to that... i'd love if it were smoother
Play the love of everything stay the hell away from used kaabo scooters. Some of their entry level options like the mantis King were not too bad. But the wolf, King GT and that level were freaking awful. The folding mechanism is ass. And they are a nightmare of electrical gremlins and the warranty support is awful. There’s a reason they were dropped by distributors in North America. So many warranty problems that they would ignore and refuse to honor by sending parts. You’re honestly pretty close to being able to get a Teverun fighter supreme ultra. But unless you really need the 60 amp power battery you would be fine with something like the fighter 11+. Or a more affordable option with a similar top speed would be the blade GT 2. You could get the blade GT2+ if you want the 35ah battery which would be closer to your budget of $2500. Very solidly built. And my favorite thing is that typically the customer support from the distributors or from the brand itself are pretty good. Fairly easy to get parts if you have an issue for some reason.
