r/ElectricScootersShould I get the kukurin g2 master, or the kukurin g4?

I tried both and the g4 feels way more comfortable / stable and bigger, the G2 master feels much more sportive The suspensions are much better on the g4, the G2 master climbs hills a bit better

I like that the g4 has 11 inch tires. I got mine up to about 36mph pretty decently fast on flat road full battery.

G4 is a little faster, but it has a single motor, meaning slower acceleration, worse hill climbing. Top speed is higher yes, but it will take a while to get there. Also, the design of the G4 is very hit or miss, some people love it, most hate it. I personally went with G2 master and I found 60kmh is plenty fast enough to eat shit if you fall, so I have no regrets, the acceleration is great, which is the most important thing for me. I usually ride around 35-45 kmh.

Nah. I tried out my friend's G4 and I think it pretty shit. Even he hates it and regrets buying it. It's the same shit as the G2 but a bit more powerful shit. You're probably better off with a G2 Master. Almost the same speed but the G2 Master has better acceleration so it feels faster compared to the G4 which feels kinda sluggish. It's also an ugly brick to be completely honest. The G2 Master has it's own problems but it's much better in my opinion.

Kukurin seems to be one of the most popular brands out there with a proven track record in good quality entry level scooters (entry level to hyper scooters, not scooters in general) according to posts I've seen here. For the same price as the Tiger Max, you can get a faster scooter with a higher range (G4), but the only thing is that it's single motor so even though it has a bigger battery and higher amp hours, the acceleration and hill climbing ability would be lower than the TM. Here's a direct comparison of some of the features of each one: G4 vs. TM: 43mph/34mph, 43 mile range/34 mile range, 11" tubeless tires/10" basic tires, 38 N.m/40-45 N.m (each motor), 20° max slope/20-30° max slope, 81.5 lbs/61 lbs, IP54/IPX6, unknown controllers/Sinewave controllers, generic battery cells/DMEGC cells, no deck lights/customizable deck lights, 265 max load/265 max load. I'm my opinion they are both great scooters, but I'd have to go with the Tiger Max, and not just because I own the Tiger King lol (although I use that as a reference point on the quality of their scooters). I personally believe Eahora is the most underrated scooter company out there. Often times one brand will gain more momentum than another and become the "go to" that people hear about first and end up choosing because of their satisfactory ratings from people who just got their first product from them and have nothing to compare it with, but if you do enough research like I have, you can find who truly offers the better scooter. 20lbs lighter, Sinewave controllers, good quality battery, dual motors and being completely waterproof are all things that, to me, make the Tiger Max a better choice, even though you're sacrificing a little bit of speed and range. But really it all depends on what you're looking for and your circumstances. If you live in a very dry place with minimal hills, don't care too much about the decreased acceleration or weight and prefer a higher top speed, then an option from Kukurin may be preferred. Just because I think the Tiger Max is better overall doesn't mean someone won't think the G4 is better. So yea, in the end I'd say go with the one that best suits your needs.

For the price it's okay if you do maintenance and take care of them they can last. I am on my 5th scooter I have owned being a disabled vet on a budget I always tried to get the most I could get for the least I could spend. I was due for a new ride so this time I decided I was going to save a little while longer And after owning a Kugoo a Kukrin and Emanba and an Arwibon which all lasted okay. But this time I saved a little bit more money and picked up a Teverun Fighter Mini Pro and damn I wish I had taken all the money from the other scooters and picked up a scooter like this before. The build quality and ride just everything in general is a completely different thing. My last scooter was actually a little faster but the quality of the ride makes it just feels so much safer at higher speeds.ibam not saying spend the $2k I spent on them is one there are other models like Blade mini pro and ultra that are basically the same scooter just without a few bells and whistles like built in GPS. It was the first Teverun I had ever road and even being a 10 inch it actually feels more like a solid motorcycle ride then a cheaper scooter with the KKE ajustable shocks. The Joyer is okay but honestly if your going to spend the around $800 if I remember correctly save for a few more months over the winter if you can you up to the $1200-1500 level you can get a scooter that is literally twice the quality. I look at this way in all the AliExpress scooters i bought after 1.5-2 years you end up needing to replace the battery and they usually start looking a little ruff I was told buy a couple other guys that have this scooter and a similar one that the Samsung battery in there's was going on 3 years with almost no voltage sag. Just my opinion not putting anyone's scooters down I loved my Arwibon GT08 but honestly I didn't know what I was missing. That's just my experience spending a ton of money on scooters over the years. https://preview.redd.it/za7vy67ga6rf1.jpeg?width=2880&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6fe1df032e485b2245d218bf817dfdf1503822e7

Yeah definitely it's just that kukirins are allergic to rain and high pressure water so be careful with those and they should treat you well. Remember to wear proper safety gear when you get one
