Every brand even top brands like Dualtron gets complaints. My buddy had a dualtron X limited he paid $5,800 for it. Just like any electric vehicle it's going to need maintenance and work, scooters take a lot of abuse and vibrations things are going to brake and loosen. I am a disabled vet on a tight budget so all my scooters have pretty much been under $1000 except for one. And I find no matter what anyone says if you do your research don't listen to every little complainer and you do weekly and monthly maintenance and fix things as they need they last pretty well. My last Emanba X6 Pro everyone said don't get one, well I had it for a couple years and almost 5000 miles before I sold it to upgrade. And I still see it around the neighborhood lol. Of course it's hard a couple battery changes but it's still runni
