I’ve got a Navee GT3 max and it’s amazing! Would be my choice again. Amazing range and motor. Very comfortable and nice suspension. No issues.
Yes man! Just search for them on YouTube search bar. A very good example: navee gt3 max They also have a pretty good website. Just…. Search a bit.
Hi. I have both. A NAVEE GT3 Max that I'm happy with, and I also got a Ninebot Max G3i. Aside from the details that make the difference, with the Ninebot I have more control over the vehicle, the app is much smoother. I saw the upcoming NAVEE ST5 line, they even put something on my Ninebot. The reason I haven't gotten another NAVEE is the lack of spare parts and support. With Ninebot, everything is on the website.
I got the navee gt3 max, my daily commute is about 25km round trip. I'm in Canada it goes 32kph max, id say if you are to use it for casual things get it, i like mine but still got a minor buyers remorse, i would love a much faster and better ranged escooter.
Navees are some of the best scooters out there. I drove both the ST3 Pro and less powerful GT3 Max. The build quality and craftsmanship is just outstanding, definitely on par or even better than Ninebot. Not to mention the smart app features and crazy good regen braking. You really do get what you pay for.
Gt3 max without doubt due to the dual suspension. It seems like a comfort feature but it’s actually a safety feature. It will be reliable, as besides their own, navee is making scooters for xiaomi for some time now and there were no common issues reported. As minuses, navee has issues with its parts supply. I heard issues in getting even small parts like a break lever or a kick stand, so you better ride carefully :)
How come ppl never heard of navee? They are legit and even producing xiaomi scooters. Only drawback for them is parts as far as i’ve heard, but their scooters are solid and reliable.
The main difference is the voltage. The pro has 48v and the gt3 says "standard"...since they are both 48v I'd assume the pro has a different controller. The pro has much better acceleration too which is more important than top speed in many cases. With the price being close I'd go with the pro...maybe even check out the st3 from Navee.
Both of these are absolute garbage. Get him a niu, ninebot, or navee. The lowest models are around the same price roughly.
Extremely cheap and "higher quality" do not got together here...but for 2.5 miles if you spend $500 you will be all set. Avoid the parts bin temu/amazon crap. It will not last. NIU or ninebot or navee. Either one will be fine for a rather short ride. My job is 6 miles away. At one point I had a go trax and I could get there in like 18 min....i do not recommend go trax though. You best bet is one the "N" brands.
Mine was <$300 after a store card deal but you can't buy it anymore. 6 mos. 1100 miles. I'd suggest stretching to $399 for a Navee GT3 or watching Amazon for a good price \~$300 for a Kukirin G2 regular (see price history).
I have the GT3 and the ST3 both i’ve been pretty happy with. Segway Ninebot E3 and Niu KQI 200p are probably better than the GT3 but i believe Navee gives you more value for your money. Not sure what you could compare the ST3 to specs wise its worse than the Segway Ninebot G3 Max, but i would go to bad for it over something like the NIU KQI 300x. The ST3 is pretty smooth to ride. The software is pretty limited. For example i wish i can cap how much it charges like Segway and Niu scooters can do. I had an issue with the GT3 where it wouldn’t turn on after messing with the electronic lock and i was able to get it to work again with help from Navee although they took a bit to get back to me (at least it felt like it)
Me and my scooting friends all have gt3s, but I have the pro and the others are just the standard. We don't really notice too much difference in power, but they all do fine with overpasses and normal hills. We have never found a hill that the gt3 can't handle, though it may slow a little.
Navee makes good stuff, but this is bottom of the line. I recommend getting something like a gt3 with some suspension.
I’ve only owned segway and navee brands, both have been good scooters although i do prefer Navee nowadays. Navee GT3 is about as entry level as you can get. I don’t recommend the scooter I own (s65) because it’s not easy to get anymore and it’s few years old, but he would love it. A Full suspension scooter will make his riding safer as well. Anything by Segway, Niu, Navee is going to be pretty reliable for entry level starter scooters (not insanely fast) but depending on your budget you may need something less
Navee gt3 for $399 from best buy beats that segway
