I still have my NIU kqi3 max and I just hit 750 miles on it still no issues whatsoever
All new NIU scooters have suspensions now except for the Air models! I have a KQi 3 Max as well!
My NIU 3 Max has been very reliable for over 1,100 miles with only one major repair. I agree with this.
The KQI3 Max is honestly still one of the best in that weight class - most newer stuff has gotten bloated with features nobody asked for. Maybe check out the Segway P65 if you can find one, similar weight but better build quality than the G30 series
I also have both, but to be honest with you, I am very disappointed in the 300x. I actually prefer their kqi3 max over it. For 1 I really dislike the twist throttle design. Twist throttle works great on a ebike, but doest work as well on a scooter because you riding on a scooter you need to maintain good balance and sometimes it causes your wrist to slight turn thus accidentally accelerating. So my rides on 300x is a little herky jerky. Also as a result of the twist throttle I don't use my right hand brake as well, because I can't keep fingers on brakes. Also the front suspension is a little stiff. As far as I know it can't be adjusted ( unlike the gmax2)
NIU KQI 300 Max is on sale for $749. I owned this scooter before jumping to the Teverun Blade Mini Ultra. The NIU is a solid, reliable, and quality build. Definitely the best at that price. Much better than the NIU KQI 3max which has no suspension.

People on this forum absolutely despise Apollo for a whole host of reasons - the biggest being they advertise to "normies," they were very expensive for the specs on release, and *then* they had QC issues. Every mid-tier scooter - the Segway GT2, the EMove Cruiser, Niu's KQi3 Max etc have all reported stem issues. It makes sense that they have them; novice riders tug on the handlebars, and the growth in power of motors has outpaced the growth in strength of materials on the frame. If you're only paying for the increase power without the increase in stability to keep costs under 2k, this is what you get.
