NIU KQi 300P is decent but the motor starts feeling stressed at 100kg especially on any kind of incline. Segway ZT3 Pro is solid but yeah the price stings.Honestly for your budget and his weight I'd look at the iScooter i10 Pro. Been on mine for a good while now,nothing rattling loose or breaking on regular use. Motor handles heavier riders without that sluggish feeling you get on underpowered scooters and the suspension makes daily riding actually comfortable. For school runs and cruising with friends it's exactly what you need.
I personally have the NIU 300p and fits most of these requirements besides that it’s roughly $600. My wife also has the 100p but that ones range is not nearly the same as the 300p.
I just recently purchased the NIU KQI300 P and am using it as my daily commuter, 4.5 miles both ways for work and though I do need to charge it almost daily, it’s been great. Just can’t use sport mode often. I cap the speed at 15mph.
I also read reddit and some negative of niu. Still bought one and no issues at all. Plenty of tests on YouTube on the range in full speed, sure you wont go the full range on full speed. In your budget it will be hard to get something that guarantee your range at speed and hills. The battery is expensive and suspension as well. In your budget it will be hard to find, you wont find a better deal than nui has now. Maybe look at a used more expensive but then you never know with the battery. Good luck in your hunt!
