Its fine as long as you dont need to climb hills. Its the top of the line scooter in the D series. They are pretty reliable scooters

I have a d18w and it get 8 miles before running out of juice , so technically the d38e battery is twice the size so you should get maybe 14-16miles per charge. Cold weather will also cut your distance. Maybe if you have the option to charge at your work that would definitely work
