Having ridden both, I'd get a city over the Vsett just cause they're a way nicer ride. You're paying for the controller tbh, once you experience a half decent throttle you'll never go back. That being said, I 100% agree they're overpriced from a numbers standpoint. Especially for the size of battery you're getting. While I'd pick a city over the 9+ I wouldn't actually buy either one because of the range. Apollo needs to put bigger batteries in their scooters to justify what they charge. I get the controllers are nice, but people can't see that in the spec sheet. They see average power and a battery 2/3rds the size of the other scooter at the same price.
