u/ironmew has suggested models worth looking at, so wont repeat those. Would also add the Xiaomi 4 to the list. Currently on sale on their site at €349. It’s legal for the German market, easy to maintain/replace parts etc. Edit: WRT Niu, I just checked and they do make German legal models. The Niu Kqi 2 Pro is €359 on their site. Worth looking to see if Amazon stock this, as it’s recommended to buy from them rather than directly (better customer support).
