Laifen Wave is fantastic. But the reliability has been like… 6/10 for longevity. Sonicare will outlast it by ~7-30 years (lol)
Laifen Wave + Blanx Black Volcano. Odlicna cetkica! Prije toga sam koristio OralB 750 Pro i sonicu iz Mullera.
The Laifen Wave for me worked totally fine, i just switched to the special one for usb-c on the travel. The movement are much extra. It's also well build. But i don't know if it's for life. Braun Oral-B is it def not. Philips mixing.
Laifen Wave ist die beste.
I used to use an Oral B at home and tried a few different ones when traveling - a Quip, Philips One, one of the AA powered Oral B. The home use Oral B was powerful but messy, and the travel brushes I tried were little more than a manual toothbrush with vibration. So recently I picked up the Laifen Wave to use for both home and travel. It charges with any USB C, lasts about a month, doesn't spew like my Oral B did, and its super powerful. I've had it about two months, which included just one short trip so far, but I'm really pleased. The only downside I've found is that its not super light, more like midweight.
I would recommend a Laifen toothbrush, the battery lasts about 3-4 weeks without needing to charge. The build quality is insane(I have the aluminum finish model) and it cleans my teeth much better than my previous oral B Io. I would say it's worth a shot. It's even compatible with Sony care head replacement's.
This is exactly what the more premium laifen electric toothbrush uses: https://preview.redd.it/3jztb0spn15g1.png?width=491&format=png&auto=webp&s=db00534c466f5055f3b16d55489168c777648c17
the more premium laifen toothbrush uses pogo pins; The one you have pictured appears to be laifen's more budget offering: https://preview.redd.it/neswy791o15g1.png?width=491&format=png&auto=webp&s=c34f678631de40a3a6511fdb8842dd9246ae262d As others have commented there are IP68 USB C ports, as literally all modern smart phones have. The problem with a toothbrush is that it's not going to be just water entering the port, it will be toothpaste and the inevitable grim that builds up (just look around your bathroom sink) that will eventually prevent the port from working properly. Modern smart phones detect moisture in the port and won't charge until it's dried out. Image how frustrating it would be to have to dry your toothbrush before being able to charge it.

If you like vibrating - Philips sonicare. If you like oscillating - oral b If you like vibrating and oscillating - laifen. I've tried all 3. I prefer laifen. I know many ppl who do not like the sensation of vibrations on teeth. If you belong to this category buy an oral b.
I really like the Laifen toothbrush. It’s made from better materials, has higher build quality and clearly a much stronger motor. And the replacement brush heads from the original manufacturer are under $5 each.
Laifen- tried so many and love this one so much
