I have Oral B Pro 1. It’s a basic Swiss army one iykwim. Just get one without niche replacement heads so you don’t have to spend a fortune. I can get mine in Tesco.

Had oral b my entire adult life Took a punt on one of these unknown brands on Amazon (couldn't tell you which, but it was pink) & frankly it made the *sound* of an electric toothbrush, but there was very little brushing going on. Was so weak. What was more annoying, was that it wasn't a "cheap" one, was only about £5 cheaper than an oral b, but, convenience Ended up buying yet another oral b in the sale for £30 at Sainsburys(also pink!) but there were cheaper models there. It's worth a Google to see where the offers are on them So many heads made that fit orals B's now too for a fraction of the cost. My favorites are the wisdom ones from b&m

There's one in superdrug just now Just seen you're worried about rotating being hard. It can feel that way at first, but after a couple goes the new brush calms down. Have an oral b one. Would never go back!

Came here after googling it. I've had a oral b Braun 3756 for no clue how long. Probably like a decade but few days ago it started acting up. Still works but it definitely vibrates different than before. It's more aggressive now. Tried cleaning it but still the same. So not sure if the motor is starting to fail or it's taking more voltage from the battery or what. I'm gonna keep using it and let the battery completely die and recharge it and see what happens. But came here to see if I should get another oral b or try out a sonic care and see how I like that. Figure they hopefully have a return policy so I can check it out for a bit and see if I like it or not. But yea this post hasn't really helped with making up my mind 😂😂 Oh and went to the dentist a couple weeks ago and got a lot of praise for how clean my teeth were. I use the oral b and a waterpik. Occasionally use regular floss but not much. Which is points towards oral b but still leaning towards trying a sonicare. Might look for black Friday deals and if my oral b breaks before then I have some manual toothbrushes I've gotten for free from the dentist I can use for a few months. Do either tend to go on sale for black Friday? Probably on Amazon?

Oral B. First one, for almost 15 years (yes, the battery finally went kaput). On my second one now.

Zależy. Nie zawsze twoje dziąsła/zęby polubią te dwa różne typy szczoteczek. Niemniej jednak ja polecam najtańszą szczoteczkę elektryczną (rotacyjną) od oral b vitality 1. Co prawda już nowsza to nie to samo co stara, jakość spadła dość mocno i dodali rowki w gumie, przez co gromadzi się w niej kamień i nie jest estetycznie. Aktualnie moja nowa ma rok i działa. Gdybym mógł naprawić starą to by chodziła nadal (guzik się połamał w środku po 7 latach). Co do samej serii rotacyjnych od oralb to masz do wyboru dużo różnych końcówek - wybielające, intensywnie myjące, czy do delikatnych dziąseł. 

I think you did receive a defective item. I also opened my old one but a different model (I think it was Pro 1 1000) to see if it was a wiring issue because it stopped charging — turns out it was a charger issue — but the inside didn’t look anything like that.
