So the thing is, I am currently still using the Oral B PRO 2 2000, which I bought in Jan 31st, 2022(Checked Amazon). It gets the job done. It works. Battery life, I mean after about 4 years, I think it's decent enough. I don't think I'll be changing it until I see it never work. So do with that Info, what you will.
Sweet! I guess it depends on how you use it and the product itself. It suits my needs overall. Not too fancy though.
Anything you want. I bought Oral B because it was the best in the budget at that time. It's also a reputed dental care brand and is decent enough. Did not think about it it's beginner friendly and all.
I have the oral b 2000 pro. It’s worked great and has lasted over 4 years now. I’ve heard the Phillips sonicare is also very good (some folks claim better than the Oral B) For my brush, a single charge lasts about 3 weeks when used twice a day. It also has a 3 year warranty - 2+ 1 year extended on registration
Came here after googling it. I've had a oral b Braun 3756 for no clue how long. Probably like a decade but few days ago it started acting up. Still works but it definitely vibrates different than before. It's more aggressive now. Tried cleaning it but still the same. So not sure if the motor is starting to fail or it's taking more voltage from the battery or what. I'm gonna keep using it and let the battery completely die and recharge it and see what happens. But came here to see if I should get another oral b or try out a sonic care and see how I like that. Figure they hopefully have a return policy so I can check it out for a bit and see if I like it or not. But yea this post hasn't really helped with making up my mind 😂😂 Oh and went to the dentist a couple weeks ago and got a lot of praise for how clean my teeth were. I use the oral b and a waterpik. Occasionally use regular floss but not much. Which is points towards oral b but still leaning towards trying a sonicare. Might look for black Friday deals and if my oral b breaks before then I have some manual toothbrushes I've gotten for free from the dentist I can use for a few months. Do either tend to go on sale for black Friday? Probably on Amazon?
Same here. Bought mine in July 2021 and still works great at 5 years. I had an oral b cross action before that, but that just lasted 2.5 years before I had to buy a replacement.
Just a heads up, Oral B may or may not be discontinuing these models, at least in Canada. We typically order the Pro 2000 for our patients. As of last month all of our suppliers have it listed as discontinued with only the iO models available.
I'm still using the same Oral B 'Professional Care 2000' from April 2019. I don't leave it on the charger, if that makes a difference.
