I have been using an Oral B vitality 100 for 6 years now. It comes with the wireless charging dock which has always been plugged in. Still holds its battery for quite long. The max I have tested it was on a vacation where I didn’t carry the charging dock, easily lasted a week without charging. I prefer the oscillating on to the sonic ones. Can vouch for Oral B.
Replacement for 2 heads costs around 450.
My dental hygienist recommended "Oral-B Vitality FlossAction Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush powered by Braun". I purchased it for $20 on Amazon back in 2019. Works great, I love it! Comes with a charger and one brush head.
I just purchased a pack of 8 replacement heads on Amazon for $30 and I replace the head every 6 months. I wish they were cheaper but, it is what it is.

Buy the one with AA batteries. This one will not last long, as the battery inside will die in after 2yrs, and you need to charge 2-3 times a week.
Whereas the AA batteries, i just use rechargeable ones and need to charge only once a month.
