Go for perfora...oscillating one. Best in market. Comes with 2 year warranty and decent price

It’s great that the head has lasted you so long. But please change the head atleast once a year for hygiene purposes. I too have the perfora toothbrush and change the head every 4-6 months. Have had it for 3 years now and have changed the battery twice. It’s a basic model that too.

I have the one from perfora. You just have to change the batteries. I use duracell and it works easily for 4-5months. I got my toothbrush 2 years back and its head is still working fine. Minor deflection of bristles so far

Dentist here. Yes. Go for an Electric toothbrush. The ones from Oral-B and perfora are good. Roughly around 2500. The vibrations of an electric toothbrush help clear up the tartar which is deposited in between the teeth where it's difficult for the normal brush to reach. You apply lesser force on your teeth which helps you prevent wasting of teeth on the front side. People who put a lot of pressure with a manual toothbrush develope crater like things on their teeth. So yes, get an electric toothbrush.

if you get the oral b one just put it on the stand when you aren't using it, it will always be ready to use fully charged. if you get the perfora ones they have usb c charging and last for around 3-4 weeks with regular use and charge completely in less than an hour.

I've used the Perfora ones, they don't last more than 6 months. And then I came across Oracura, thanks to our dentist. Damn good equality, comparable to Oral-B, but at a fraction of their price.
