My only recommendation would be to move up to 5100 for the dedicated power button. The 4100 power button toggles between regular/light brushing power, and it's been annoying for the particular way I use my brush. But yeah, I don't need anything but regular clean function and the 4100 is exactly the same as 5100 for that.

Go with sonicare 4100 or 5100 and you'll be good for a long time and you won't spend that much

Ja mam sonicare 5100 i jest okej. Kosztowała 200 na allegro. Polecam soniczne, jest wyraźna różnica w tym jak zęby są czystsze niż przy mechanicznej.

I’ve been thinking about finally switching to an electric toothbrush, but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth it or if I’m just getting pulled in by all the marketing. I’ve used a regular toothbrush forever and it feels fine, but every time I go to buy a new one I see all these electric ones with pressure sensors, timers, apps, different brush heads, and a million versions that all sound kind of the same. Some are cheap, some are weirdly expensive, and I honestly can’t tell what features matter. I’m mostly looking for something that cleans well, is easy to keep up with, and doesn’t need overpriced replacement heads every few weeks. I don’t need a toothbrush that feels like a smart home device unless that stuff is actually useful. For anyone who switched recently, did you notice a real difference? And which electric toothbrush would you recommend buying in 2026 without feeling like you overpaid? \*\*I made the choice to go with the [Philips Sonicare 5100](https://discounteddealsforlife.com/Philips-sonicare-5100) and actually it's straight up amazing. I really recommend.\*\*

Same. I had HX6830 which is a mid price version and it was made in China. Lasted me about 1.5 years and stopped working. It was still under 2 years warranty and I got HX685B sent to me as a replacement, it’s a bit better model but still made in China.
