Avoid built in grinders. They are suboptimal. Get a good lower priced dual boiler. Ascasio steel is a good one. Gaggia has a new double boiler that looks good. Leleit Bianca v3 (more money) with flow control gives you a lot of features. Or the Lelit Elizabeth. I would avoid Diletta. You can always start with a j ultra hand grinder for under $200 to start.
Gaggia Academia - It was significantly less expensive (refurbished) than the Jura Z10 of my dreams. Also the high quality steam wand, and enough customization options that I could approximate any drink option that it did not have. Also, it’s serviceable from home.
I’ve had nespresso, the Jura ENA8, mielecm something, and now the gaggia accademia. None make anywhere as good of espresso as my lamarzocco linea micra but I’ve settled on the gaggia for most mornings when I’m in a rush and just want a few quick shots. I’m not sure there is a super automatic that will even come close to a quality grinder and machine.
Saeco: OK/GOOD? LOL. Obviously you never owned a pre 2017 Saeco Xelsis or the newer Saeco Xelsis Suprema? Gaggia Academia new or old are great machines. The Gaggia Brera is a dated machine by today's standards and it's a $300 machine compared to the $2800 Xelsis. Delonghi machines are good but no better than most. Most Jura machines are over engineered and expensive for no good reason.. The Philips Lattego line was never intended to be high end..
I feel like the Gaggia Accadamia might be the closest to what you’re seeking, but the machine that does *all* the thing on your list doesn’t exist in your budget. Plus any machine is gonna need waste bin and drip tray emptied every 10ish drinks, so might as well allow machines with water reservoirs you fill yourself.
Should be noted… you’re absolutely going to outpace this thing in a 30 person office, and you’ll likely destroy it in under two years, but that’s the machine that came to mind when I read your list.
Are you the boss of this office? You're a good person for wanting the entire crew to have great coffee!! I would recommend the Gaggia academia. 0 fuss 0 work you just pick what you wanna drink and it'll make it fresh for you. Milk container and stuff also is included and it will froth and steam and do all the things you want with less than 3 button pushes
