Gemilai - CRM3007L

As others have said; spend a good chunk on a very good grinder (think Varia VS6) and then spend the rest on a good machine. A Sage/Breville Barista Express seems more than enough for your use case and will probably take you a bit further than the Bambino. I would also advocate for something like a Gemilai /Turin CRM3007 if you want to save a few dollars and still get a 58mm with plenty of features.

There are a ton of them, but very few are imported to the oversea market. WPM and Milesto have tons of cheap but powerful dual boiler/rotary pump machines. Wengougee is another trusted brand that's just testing the overseas market. Gemilai has been around for a while, at least with their rebranded ones like Turin Legato/Mii Coffee. Milesto is my personal favorite but unfortunately they are just not exporting at the moment. You can get a dual boiler/rotary pump machine for around ¥6000 (~ 850 USD) in China.

Drop the 3006. Go for 3003b if you rarely do milk-based drinks & allocate the rest of the budget to a good grinder. If you already have a grinder, 3006H is a good choice - dual boiler (thermoblock), PID & pre-infusion. Take a look at 3007L & Milesto as well (EM19-M4 specifically). Milestos are generally better built than Gemilais.

Check website/shopee of Koryaiko or coffee district. They have Gemilai and Milesto brand espresso machines. They are chinese brands ng espresso machines kaya budget friendly for commercial use. Mga nasa 30k. Hindi pwede for business use yung mga home espresso machines, mabagal sila. And yes, mukhang need mo pa po muna magaral ng kape bago po kayo mabusiness. Wag po sana maniwala sa mga tiktok na mabilis lang magcoffee business at mabilis ang ROI kahit may ipakita pa silang Excel spreadsheet computation. Medyo madame na po nalugi. Madame na po rin kasi kumpitensya. As suggested before, try mokapot muna para maaral ang timpla using that. Mura lag naman mokapot. And may mgacoffee business rin na uses mokapot lang.
