I’ve just replaced my Barista touch with a Jura S8 for similar reasons. Very happy 6 weeks in.
I use the Jura S8. A+ machine
Has a rancilvio silvia/rocky grinder for ten years, enjoyed the process. Had our first kid, 6 months later got a Jura S8. Sold silvia during covid. Haven't looked back.
Jura S8 was great until it broke 3 months later. Plus the inability to remove and clean the brew group was a deal breaker. I’m certain mold was going wild in there. I now use the magnifica plus and we are happy with it. Less than half the price, easy to open and clean, and similar espresso quality.
I’d say you want a Jura model that lets you adjust milk texture, which several do. The S8 comes to mind. Most machines only make one milk texture, and if you want that dryer, stiffer foam cappuccinos typically call for, many won’t quite get there. Also, read through the sub. Terra Kaffe have a poor reliability track record and bad service after the sell, I’d avoid.
We have the S8, and love it.
