Not really. I have an Inissia as well, but the Creatista is so much better in comparision. The main things I like about the Milton machine is that it's all metal water contact, and also that it has 3 programmable sizes. It also appears it may support 3rd party capsules better.
We had both the Nespresso Vertuo plus, and an “original” … the Inissia by Breville. I liked having a shot of “strong” coffee in about 25 seconds, or less. I had one of these while boiling water for a pour over. I even bought the refillable pods that you add your own coffee to. I decided to try real espresso, and purchased a Flair original NEO press and a KINGrinder K6. I was blown away. Deep, rich taste and texture. To answer your question… yes. It is 100% worth investing $500 to upgrade your day, every day. My Nespresso machine was listed on Facebook Marketplace yesterday after a year in the garage 😃
I think switching to a Nespresso OriginalLine would be much better coffee than drip, since it makes espresso shots without any extra work.
