After having a variety of machines I realized I wanted the convenience of super auto but the ability to steam milk manually for better quality milk foam texture. Had a philips 3200 latte go and it was overall ok. The milk was only auto via the milk cup and its too bubbly and foam kind of sucks. Jura impressa s9 got it for free from a neighbor. Was in dire need of cleaning and repair. Clogged spouts and overall very dirty water tank. I cleaned it up disinfected it, and disassembled the spout and cleaned out all the blockages. It has the option for manual or auto milk steam. Same issue with auto steam milk via a milk container. Just doesn't compare to manual. Using the manual wand its pretty good but not as good as a manual machine. I thought jura was going to be a pain with maintenance and it has been overall pretty easy. Even taking it apart wasn't too bad. The philips also made good espresso and both tasted good but the manual steam wand is worth it if you like milk drinks and dont only want cappuccino style foam all the time. Manual espresso machines tasted the best and had the best milk.

I bought a Phillips LatteGo 3200 before Covid for $500 refurbished, $900 new and it's fully automatic. It has a built in grinder that grinds when you brew a cup, steams the milk, and can make cappuccino, lattes, espresso, etc. It's the best investment I've made. You only have to clean the inside once a week, empty the coffee grinds after about 8 cups, minimal yearly maintenance. I highly recommend.

I had a lattego 3200 and now a 3300. Same machine but a lot more silent. (They replaced the Americano button for iced coffee)... My next one will be a delonghi or jura

Hii had the 3200 5400 and the saeco xelsis....all served me well Now I have the Delonghi Eletta explore and this machine does everything your looking for milk based use 2% grind setting 4 for all coffees drinks Right now I have been using lavazza super crema which is a great balance for coffee and expresso ...I too.almost pulled the trigger on the Z10 but opted for this everyone has a comment about which they love......Its all personal preferences if you can and have amazon prime you can buy use and return without issues . this way you can test them all.

Hi I have the same machine. It's one of the best out there keep my grind setting at 4. I use 2% milk for the best froth for milk based drinks. Grinds are not all over as people suggested. Cleaning the brew group once a month submerged in water for 5 minutes. water filter is a choice. I use refrigerator water which has a filter plus I have no hard water. Lavazza supercrema beans I find the best for grind setting "4" for all coffees drinks but thats my taste. If you like very hot cappuccinos try the flat white to me provides hotter froth also on a regular cup of joe .You can use the hot milk setting just make sure you there to stop it.....lol. I have had philips latte go ,saco xelsis and( jura10 returned after a week). Youtube also has lots of videos too..... ....................

I just recently got a 3200 lattego on Amazon for a great price. It was a return but the entire machine still had all the factory plastic and tape on it. Think it was 270? So far it's great. User friendly and intuitive

We have a [Phillips Automatic machine from Costco](https://www.costco.com/p/-/philips-800-series-fully-automatic-espresso-machine-with-milk-frother/4000161076?storeId=10301&partNumber=4000161076&catalogId=10701&langId=-1&krypto=hzuY5an%2BikIyjv127XPOouYkfD%2BzL%2Bn5hmtVT3d%2BzmL0iaLZThFMT5dHqEALJV0JqAZdv2oUcPSr6iAAn1biGXlK1JW9QcAbxC8QgHYKCk5QnIrAGlXz84Jzh6kpLyz5) that is really good. But I just looked at the Costco to see if they still have it and they have an [event better one for about the same price](https://www.costco.com/p/-/philips-3200-series-full-auto-espresso-machine-with-lattego-milk-frother/4000286499?storeId=10301&partNumber=4000286499&catalogId=10701&langId=-1&krypto=aTS3iJ7eboDl1enqHj2f3Rg39oI3Op3kFCAdohtV8OpgKJFA1j7jStwSgQ%2FmwwzwmXPIj8JCivvGju1UhCTG%2F2yL3%2BYuQTYzha%2FL0togkTuGolTJ2swFLQEkdVMm0GXN). This looks awesome and I wish I had instead of the one I have lol

I have the previous model, the 3200 with the cold brew option and it's been great, been using it I think for over a year and haven't touched any of my other machines since, just out of convenience. Prep and clean up time really went down and I just can't bother anymore with anything manual, not even any of my cold brew gadgets. I seen some people complain about the drinks not being "big enough" but is mostly people who comes from street coffe, you know, the ones who drink a gallon of milk with a couple pounds of suggar, creamers and some memory of coffe somewhere in there 😂😂😂 The only advice I give you is to read the manual for the brew group clean up process, there is a part where you select pre grounded coffe and instead of coffe you put in there a cleaning tablet that degreases/cleans the lines, this is more important that people thinks, specially if you use anything but espresso roast (darker more oily beans) I seen people fiddle with machine settings complaining about coffe not being strong or having watery puck trays and other issues that can all be just a struggling brew group that needs that clean up process.

My first superautomatic was the Phillips 3200 with LatteGo. I loved it until I hated it. After 1 year of diligent care and cleanings according to the schedule the problems started. We would research how to fix one problem and encounter another problem what seemed like a month later. Until one morning my double espresso didn't dispense. Unplugged the machine and into the trash it went along with all the descaler and water filters. We bought a Moccamaster drip coffee maker to replace the Phillips I threw in the trash. Best drip coffee maker but we missed the espresso and occasional cappuccino so enter the DeLonghi Eletta Explore. Have had it 2 years now and absolutely love the drinks it makes. We still have summer temperatures in TX so we have the DeLonghi make cold brew with an extra shot of espresso something our old Phillips couldn't do. Looking forward to cooler temperatures so we can switch back to all the hot drinks! Love our Eletta Explore, no regrets!
