As a previous yeti owner quadcast is the way cheap and good quality and you can leave it in the stand it comes in and it sounds good.
I run with the Hyper X Quadcast. Can select the type you want (dynamic, condenser etc)
I am very happy with my Quadcast 1. By now I would go with the 2 as it's the next generation. If you wanna go high end its the sure smb7 its called I think.
Get the quadcast either a regular quadcast 1 or a quadcast 2 s
I'm using a HyperX Quadcast designed for ps4/5. Haven't heard that I sound bad...
Don't get a condenser. Dynamic mics are far better for spoken word and untreated audio environments. Fine 688, Rhode podmic, shure MV7 are a few of my recommendations. Blue yeti, quadcast all that should be avoided.
I use a USB mic right now, the HyperX Quadcast S. It sounds pretty good on it's own, but background noise was a problem. I started using the SteelSeries GG app and their noise cancellation worked wonders. I always get compliments on how good my mic/voice is even with just a $130 USB microphone lol. I do plan on getting a nice expensive one hopefully by the end of the year when I revamp my entire setup. In which case if you're cool with spending more on a microphone I'd go with the shure sm7b. It's a really popular one amongst creators and it sounds great. (my bad for yapping so much)
Any headset mic will work like the hyperx cloud alpha headset but for a mic go with the hyperx quadcast mic since their is a massive discount for it on amazon about 25%.
maono and fifine are great value. pd100x or am8 perform pretty similarly. seiren is pretty spartan when it comes to features. hyperX is good but pricey
I record songs with Hyper x Mics all you need is a pop filter and a vocal booth for the mic it works with gaming as well I’ve had it for two years now so far so good a lot of people tend to forget when you use usb mics you have to plug the headphones in the mic instead of the laptop or interface do this and watch a major difference on the clarity when you do so you always want your output to be the same as your input no matter what you’re using makes sense right
