If your budget is only 100 dollars (or under), use that money to treat your recording environment. And then buy the Razer Seiren Mini and go nuts. Put more effort into sound treatment. You will book more early on.

I have a razer seiren mini on an arm and it works great, lots of background noise I think is going to filter through from my dogs doesn't end up even getting picked up but my voice always does. It was like 50 bucks CAD on sale at best buy.

i don't stream but i commonly vc and upload clips to yt. i have a razer seiren mini with no EQ edits, and i get a lot of compliments on it. it's a simple usb mic, just need to put it decently close to your mouth. does need a pop filter (or a sock over it, or both). imo any decently reviewed USB mic is going to be about the same, including headset mics.

Best tip I can give is forget about the gimmicks and nice-to-haves. Sure a stream deck is helpful but not at all required, and effectively useless until you're good and set up, and across all your settings and overlays etc. Get a cheap mic and webcam, don't bother with goofy overlays and all the other bells and whistles that, honestly, are usually tacky and distracting. If ur on a tight budget. The razer siren mini is cheap as chips (think my one cost me like $50aud) and is pretty solid starting point. But you can definitely get away with using a headset instead. Logitech also has some decent cheap ish cams

Hi! For lightings, I think you can find a variety of cheap ones on Amazon or your local e-commerce website For Mic, if you have a tight budget, I recommend USB mics like: - Blue Snowball - HyperX solocast - Razer Seiren They’re plug and play and sounds so good. Everytime I speak my friends always surprised how good the quality is. It’s more than enough for beginner streaming/recordings If you have tighter budget, then I recommend Lavalier mics. Many options as well online Hope this helps!

maono and fifine are great value. pd100x or am8 perform pretty similarly. seiren is pretty spartan when it comes to features. hyperX is good but pricey
