I'd give the Shure SM31FH a look. You'll need a belt-pack, but it's built for 'fitness instructors' so has stuff like sweat-resistant design. I have an SM35 on the shelf, but only because the headband for it is a bit small for my big (62cm hatband) head, and gets painful to wear after an hour or so. Sound it provided was excellent.
r/Twitch • Best Mic While Running ->You might look into a headset mic like Shure SM35 or PGA31, or Countryman knockoffs designed for theater performance (authentic Countryman is very expensive). Be aware to check if it needs to be amplified/any supporting equipment that might be needed to get it into the PC. Obviously do research to decide if they sound good to you. They are typically going to sound much better than Call of Duty lobby 'gamer headsets'.
